The contract covers various projects within Montgomery County for flood mitigation in an amount not to exceed $60,374,999.66 on a reimbursement basis. Authorize Montgomery County Judge Mark Keough to sign the contract and further authorize Jason Millsaps to be the authorized official for Montgomery County related to the performance of duties under this agreement. There are no matching funds required.
