EXECUTIVE SESSION -THE COURT WILL RECESS FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS OF THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, TO WIT: CHAPTER 551, SUB-CHAPTER D; ARTICLES 551.071, 551.072, 551.074 A. Consider, discuss, and deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal related to Court Collections Department. (Section 551.074) B. Consultation with County Attorney regarding bond financing spend down requirements. (Section 551.071) C. Discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property. (Section 551.072)

10. CONSENT AGENDA (ONE MOTION WITH MODIFICATIONS, IF APPLICABLE, APPROVES FOR ACTION, ALL ITEMS CONTAINED WITHIN THE CONSENT AGENDA).

10N. SHERIFF 1. Consider and approve Resolution and Order regarding acceptance of seized property and donation to the Montgomery County Women's Center.

11. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT A. Consider, discuss and take appropriate action regarding the extension for 90 days on the lease and all associated services for the Active Shooter Training Facility in New Caney. Authorize Jason Millsaps to sign any necessary lease amendments to effectuate the extension. Further, authorize and additional $155,000 for lease expense, rental equipment and fuel for the additional 90 days. Funding to come from ARPA.

12. TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR A. Consider and take appropriate action on County Ad Valorem Exemptions for tax year 2023 as provided by Texas Property Tax Code 11.13, including but not limited to Homestead, 65 & Over, and Disabled Exemptions.

13. GRANTS A. Consider, discuss and take appropriate action regarding appointing citizens to the Montgomery County Community Development Advisory Committee and Grievance Committee.

14. PUBLIC HEARING A. Consider the guidelines and criteria for tax abatements pursuant to Section 312.002 of the Tax Code. B. PRECINCT 1 1. Consider the partial replat of Reserves "E", "F", "H", "I" & "J" of Summerwood Trails, Section 1, recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheet 6201 of the Map Records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as Summerwood Trails, Section 2. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to reconfigure internal reserve lines to create 129 Single-Family Lots and 6 Reserves. C. PRECINCT 3 1. Consider and approve changing the speed limit from 30 MPH to 45 MPH on Grogans Mill Road from Sawdust Road to north of Blue Fox Lane.
