11. COUNTY JUDGE A. Consider, discuss and take appropriate action regarding the change in start time for the regular scheduled Commissioners Court on March 28, 2023.

12. OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT A. Consider, discuss and take appropriate action to accept Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency Fund in the amount of $50,000. B. Consider, discuss and take appropriate action regarding the purchase of necessary durable medical equipment, radios and communication equipment for the Special Operation Vehicle, and each command vehicles previous approved for purchase in an amount not to exceed $77,000. Funding to come from ARPA for these ARPA funded projects. RECESS MONTGOMERY COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT. CONVENE PUBLIC HEARINGS.

13. PUBLIC HEARING A. PRECINCT 2 1. Consider the partial replat of Reserve "L", Phase 1A, Bluejack National, recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheets 3074-3088, of the Map records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as Lake Villas II, Bluejack National. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to reconfigure Reserve “L”, Block 5 of Phase 1A, Bluejack National in order to create Reserve “A”, Block 1 of Lake Villas II, Bluejack National. 2. Consider the partial replat of Western Hills Tracts as recorded in Volume 7, Page 313 of the Map Records of Montgomery County, Texas, to be known as Peeks Place. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to reconfigure Lot 8 in order to create 1 Lot and 1 restricted reserve. RECONVENE COURT - TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION

15. EXECUTIVE SESSION -THE COURT WILL RECESS FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS OF THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, TO WIT: CHAPTER 551, SUB-CHAPTER D; ARTICLES 551.071, 551.072 A. Discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property. (Section 551.072) B. Consultation with County Attorney regarding bond financing spend down requirements. (Section 551.071)
