Funding source to be MCTRA ProjectEnhancement Fund. D. Consider and approve Interlocal Agreement between Montgomery County and Montgomery CountyToll Road Authority regarding law enforcement services from Constable Precinct 5. E. Consider, approve and authorize final budget amendment for MCTRA for Fiscal Year 2022. F. Consider and approve agreement between Montgomery County and Montgomery County Toll RoadAuthority for administrative management services. G. Consider and approve transfer of funds from Montgomery County Toll Road Authority Senior LienToll Road Revenue Bonds, Series 2018, in the Project Subaccount of the 2018 Project Account to theProject Enhancement Fund, pursuant to Section 519(e) of the Master Trust Indenture and Section 3.9of the first Supplemental Trust Indenture, including approval and execution of the Certificate toTrustee and the Supplemental Tax Certificate related thereto.
