8. COUNTY CLERK A. Consider and approve Commissioners Court Minutes from regular session dated October 25, 2022.
9. CONSENT AGENDA (ONE MOTION WITH MODIFICATIONS, IF APPLICABLE, APPROVES FOR ACTION, ALL ITEMS CONTAINED WITHIN THE CONSENT AGENDA).
10. OFFICE OF COURT ADMINISTRATION A. Consider and approve closing one full-time equivalency slot in position 8100-5386, Certified Court Interpreter and position 8103-4197, Admin Assistant-OCA and open two additional slots in position 8103-4193, Jail Compliance Monitor. Transfer funds between positions, Jail Compliance Monitor will have a position budget of $319,000 for 5 FTEs. Authorize Budget Office to effectuate all changes.
11. PURCHASING A. Consider and approve the following change order CO #2 to Infor Public Sector for ERP Software and Implementation Services to add learning management-Open Sesame Plus, for the amount of $12,905 for the first year; $71,688 for the second year and $71,688 for the third year for a grand total of $156,281 for the three-year term.
12. PUBLIC HEARING A. PRECINCT 2 1. Consider the partial replat of Foster's Ridge Section 19 as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheets 7694- 7700 in the Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as Fosters Ridge, Section 19, Replat No. 1. The purpose of the proposed partial replat is to adjust the boundary line of Lot 1 (formally Lot 48) and Reserve "A (formally Reserve "B"). B. PRECINCT 3 1. Consider and approve posting “Commercial Vehicle Parking Prohibited Any Time” signs on both sides of Woodland Field Crossing (westbound from Sawdust Road to cul-de-sac and eastbound from cul-de-sac to Panther Bend Court). C. PRECINCT 4 1. Consider and approve establishing no parking zones on Mills Branch Drive including the north side of road between Rock Creek Drive and Ramrock Drive as well as both sides of the dead end stub outs west of Ramrock Drive, in the cul de sac west of Hill Grove Drive and the installation of "No Parking Anytime" signs for the zones.
13. COMMISSIONERS A. Consider, discuss and approve the first amendment to public service contract with Tri-County. Funds to fulfill contract will come from ARPA funds. B. COMMISSIONER PRECINCTS 2 AND 4 1. Consider and approve a budget amendment to assist in funding the David Memorial Project.
