MONTGOMERY COUNTY TOLL ROAD AUTHORITY A. Consider and approve the Montgomery County Toll Road Authority minutes from Special Session dated April 26, 2022. B. Consider and approve Engineering Services Agreement regarding Phase II to the Alternative Development and Conceptual Engineering for the FM 149 Extension from Jackson Road to SH 249 Tollway – Environmental and Schematic Engineering from DE Corp., in the amount of $747,247.73. Funding source to be MCTRA Project Enhancement Fund. C. Consider and approve FY2022 Budget modification re-allocating expenditure lines. D. Consider and approve authorizing budget amendment and establishment of an escrow account with the County Clerk’s office for recording of Administrative Hearing Judgements and authorize Robert Castaneda to issue transfers for funding said escrow account as necessary. E. Consider and approve Interlocal Agreement with Texas Department of Motor Vehicles for registration blocks associated with delinquent toll collections and authorize budget amendment to facilitate payment for related fees. 5.
