COMMISSIONERS A. PRECINCT 3 1. Consider, discuss and accept the updated Montgomery County Major Thoroughfare Plan as presented by BGE. B. PRECINCT 4 1. Consider, discuss, and if appropriate approve funding in an amount not to exceed $200,000 each for the following departments to utilize for the purposes of overtime, associated benefits and other expenditures. The intent is to address human trafficking, DWI enforcement, and others that relate to the rise in crime as a result of border insecurities. The departments authorized to utilize this funding at their discretion are the Sheriff’s Department, Constable Precinct 1, Constable Precinct 2, Constable Precinct 3, Constable Precinct 4, Constable Precinct 5, and District Attorney. Please utilize the fund balance currently committed to law enforcement and corrections. The funds must be used within one calendar year.
