Consider and approve Resolution and Order regarding the Montgomery County Rental Assistance and Mortgage Assistance ("CRAMA") Program, and Agreement between Montgomery County and Non-Profit Organizations in relation to the CRAMA Program; authorize Judge Keough to execute said Agreement on behalf of Montgomery County.

Mortgage Assistance ("CRAMA") Program, including but not limited to adminsitration and funding
