August 27, 2019.
B. Consider and approve Termination Agreement Relating to Memorandum of Understanding Between the
Federal Highway Administration Texas Division Office and The Texas Department of Transportation and
the Montgomery County Toll Road Authority and authorize Chairman Riley to sign.
C. Consider and approve Change Order #4 to Brown & Gay Engineers for P.O. 2015497 in the amount of
$40,023.95 and add 200 additional days.
